I have been married for 21 years and have three children – ages 15, 13 and 7. Profession – R.E. Appraiser. B.A. Degree in Economics from San Diego State University. Hobbies – tennis, camping with my kids at Boy Scout events, business cycles and economic history, scuba diving and snowboarding.

I started attending IRWA meetings in the 1980s to learn "right-of-way appraisal", make long-term business friends and to visit four-star restaurants. I have been the President (2000) and currently serve as the Co-Chair of the Valuation Committee and Chair of the Nominations and Elections Committee.   I am also an Advisor to the Board
