I have been married for 21 years and have three children - ages 15, 13 and 7. Profession - R.E. Appraiser. B.A. Degree in Economics from San Diego State University. Hobbies - tennis, camping with my kids at Boy Scout events, business cycles and economic history, scuba diving and snowboarding.
I started attending IRWA meetings in the 1980s to learn "right-of-way appraisal", make long-term business friends and to visit four-star restaurants. I have been the Chair of the Valuation Committee for several years.
