John Kalapp has been associated with the Real Estate Industry for 14 years. In 2001 he transitioned from residential Real Estate to title insurance by joining Land America Lawyers Title. He worked in the commercial and industrial division of the sales department for the Inland Empire operation.
In 2004, John joined the Major Accounts Division of Stewart Title of California in Anaheim. Since then, he has joined Lawyers Title Company. Along with many different market segments, John finds the redevelopment and special projects for local government agencies the most fascinating and challenging.
An avid sports fan, John enjoys playing basketball as well as supporting the sporting activities of his two sons. He and his family spend weekends with church and family functions.
John Kalapp joined our Executive Board as Treasurer in 2008 and served as President-Elect in 2009. He was President for an unprecedented 18 months, during the change from Calendar Year to Fiscal Year, so that the Chapter would align with International. He is now serving as the Past President and will continue to be available to advise the current Executive Board.
