I am working with Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc. as an acquisition agent for the Riverside area and am working with a great team and learning more about relocation and acquisition from the private perspective.
I was a member of the Real Property Division for the City of Riverside and had been a paralegal practicing in eminent domain in Best Best and Krieger's Riverside Office. I have helped manage and direct right of way projects for cities, school districts, utilities, transportation commissions, and other public agencies throughout Southern California.
I am an active member of the International Right of Way Association. I have been an Advisor to the Board and have served as President in 2007, President-Elect and Treasurer for Chapter 57 and on the Hospitality and Special Events Committee with Claudia Chase. I have also held the position of Chairperson of the Legal Issues Committee. I am now serving as the Local Public Agency Chair and look forward to an exciting year with John Kalapp as President!
