Mark Routh is currently serving as Valuation Co-Chair and as an Advisor to the Executive Board. He also served as the Pipeline Chair and as the President for IRWA’s Chapter 57 in 2004.
His professional career began in 1981 as a research apprentice at the appraisal firm of Hilliard Lipman & Associates located in downtown San Diego. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (with an emphasis in Real Estate) from the San Diego State University in 1983, and commenced his commercial real estate appraising career.
He is currently a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with the State of California. His 20 plus years of experience with a variety of private and public sector clients involving the full spectrum of land, commercial office, industrial, retail, and special purpose properties, provide him with the necessary foundation to perform the quality appraisal services his current client’s demand.
Mr. Routh is currently a partner with Robert Shea Perdue Real Estates Appraisal, a real estate appraisal firm specializing in eminent domain valuation. The firm is based in Temecula and serves the entire Inland Empire.
As an associate member of the IRWA, Mr. Routh has found that the organization not only provides an invaluable source of educational materials to its membership, it allows the individual to develop relationships with a variety of professionals currently involved in right a way issues.
Mark is married with 3 children, 17, 15 and 5. He enjoys racquetball and attending his kids sporting activities.
