Roberto Corrales is an independent relocation consultant.

 

He was a Project Manager/Principal Relocation Agent for Paragon Partners, Ltd. and has more than 15 years of professional experience in social services, housing relocation and community outreach in both the public and private sectors involving residential and commercial relocation assistance.  He has managed relocation projects for municipalities, county and state agencies that require extensive knowledge of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, FAA/HUD, Caltrans and State of California Title 25 policies, procedures and guidelines.

 

Mr. Corrales is currently managing several land projects in the Inland Empire for the City of Riverside, City of Fontana, Riverside County Economic Development Agency, San Bernardino Housing Authority.  Projects include the 100 Palms Mobile Home Park, 14th Street Widening (Caltrans oversight), Van Buren Street and Indiana Street projects and the I-10 Cypress Overpass (Caltrans oversight).  Also he has provided tenant relocation assistance services for the City of Los Angeles (First Street Bridge Project), MTA - Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Exposition Light Rail, and acquisition services for the Los Angeles County Sanitation District in Lancaster.

 

Formerly, as the director of the Housing Resources Department at Beyond Shelter, Mr. Corrales was the primary spokes person and trainer for the technical assistance department and was a speaker at national conferences such as the National Alliance to End Hunger and Homelessness in Los Angeles and the Housing California Conference in Sacramento.  Mr. Corrales is well versed in public housing, social services and community outreach in which he specializes in working with low-income populations and possesses extensive knowledge in Section 8 housing subsidy programs, Housing Quality Standards, Tenant/Landlord Rights & Responsibilities, Fair Housing Laws, Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance, Los Angeles Lead Abatement programs.
