Ruth Dearden, SR/WA is a private consultant with 23 years as a professional in the Right-of-Way field. Her experience is in both the public and private sectors of land development. Her working knowledge of entitlement and environmental requirements adds a sound element to her professionalism. She has earned a strong professional presence in the development and government agency community through her knowledge and dedication to her profession.
