Sharon has been working in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Her initial experience was in the private sector performing commercial property management. In 1996 she joined the County of San Bernardino Real Estate Services Department conducting leasing and right-of-way work.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands and has achieved the Senior Right of Way Designation (SR/WA) through the International Right of Way Association. She also holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a past President of IREM’s Southern California Chapter 106. Sharon is a licensed California Real Estate salesperson and holds a Certificate in Real Estate from Chaffey College.
